JB Just Believe Co. LLC provides custom printing and design services, including apparel, signage, banners, and personalized products. All content on this site, including designs, logos, and images, is the property of JB Just Believe Co. LLC and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. Once an order is placed and approved, it is considered final. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details, including spelling, sizing, colors, and design accuracy before approval.
3. Custom Work & Design Approval
We are not responsible for errors (such as spelling, grammar, or layout issues) that were approved by the customer prior to production. By approving your design, you confirm that all details are correct.
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline but are not guaranteed. JB Just Believe Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Rush Orders
Rush orders may be accepted at our discretion depending on current workload and availability. A rush fee may apply and will be discussed prior to order approval. While we make every effort to meet expedited timelines, rush orders are not guaranteed and may still be subject to delays beyond our control. Once a rush order is approved, it cannot be canceled or modified.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, JB Just Believe Co. LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Custom and personalized items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights or permission to use any logos, images, or designs submitted to us. JB Just Believe Co. LLC is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.
9. Limitation of Liability
JB Just Believe Co. LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy – JB Just Believe Co. LLC
At JB Just Believe Co. LLC, every item we create is made with purpose and care. Because most of our products are custom-made, we have a limited return and refund policy.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes apparel, signs, banners, and any item made specifically for you. Please double-check all details (spelling, sizes, colors, and design approvals) before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Non-Custom Items
For any non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production may begin and changes may not be possible.
Processing & Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
